Our client is the Wizard of Oz of online media. The only difference is that when you pull back the curtain, they’re still super powerful. With a host of local and national publications to their name, they have a readership in the millions. But they want more, and they’re looking for an aud dev pro who can rake in some serious organic growth. This role will ask you to get your hands dirty, dealing in keyword research, analytics and competitive analysis. You’ll also be asked to develop strategies at a high level to engage, acquire and sustain new audiences.

To knock this role out of the park, you should be comfortable working with social and content teams to create strategies for growth. While media experience is preferred, they are not so much looking for someone from a media company as much as they are looking for someone who can bring great aud dev strategies to media. A good practice of SEO and SEM is key. You should have a good sense of story and what makes content resonate with readers.
