In this role you’ll have a mandate from the CEO to do everything possible to support employee growth. First thing, you’ll identify the needs of the employees, look at competitors’ training programs, and identify possible partners in the e-learning world. Once you’ve developed a strategy and framework, you’ll move into the implementation phase, teaching, coaching and advising. As you move forward, you’ll measure the effectiveness of the programs, determining the correct KPIs and metrics, tweaking programs and changing tactics when necessary.
The goal is to create a training and individual development program that is a differentiator in the market, attracting new talent in every department. This will be a highly visible initiative, both within the company and throughout the industry. Best of all, you’ll run the show.

You are a inspirational teacher and coach with a background in distributed learning and program design. You can provide the thought leadership that will take the program to the next level, and the hands-on leadership that can turn theories into effective programs. Doing training/development needs analysis is second nature to you, as is managing (and motivating) instructors and participants. And you are results-driven, creating short-term and long-term goals that show definitely how top-level training reduces turnover and has a positive impact on ROI.
Top contenders for this role will have extensive training and program design experience. Knowing the ins and outs of customer-centric sales, preferably in real estate, will be a door-opener as well.
