The Nitty Gritty
The task, writ large, is to scale the company’s marketing technology stack. A big part of your mission will be to provide leadership and guidance in translating complex ad-tech solutions into actionable tools for use by various stakeholders across platforms. You’ll be bringing whole new lines of business to market as they emerge, which means that a considerable portion of your time will be focused on building high-performance teams and designing operational processes. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be at the leadership helm of several teams that cut across multiple functions, including product management, data science and engineering, business development, sales, marketing and operations. As a key strategist, you’ll lead market research into potential partnerships, M&A targets and new-product development. And as a thought leader, you’ll be expected to be an ambassador for the firm, presenting at industry conferences, conducting press interviews, and leading customer meetings.
