Our client delivers luxury concierge services to hotels, high-end real estate companies and brokers, and high-performing corporations seeking to deliver top perks to employees and their clients and they are scaling up. They need an HR Coordinator with a recruiting focus to help them double the size of their organization and handle everything from talent acquisition to on-boarding and training.
This role sits at the intersection of where talent acquisition and culture building meets luxe; throw a little hyper growth into the mix and you have your perfect rainbow of goods.
This could not be a more exciting time to join this company. This organization is a well-oiled machine and now it’s time to scale, SCALE, S-C-A-L-E!
Building that team out is your mandate — from hand-to-hand combat recruiting at all levels to on-boarding and training new hires. Once that’s achieved you’ll take the company to a “steady state” and then focus on retaining all of the rockstars you just brought in. You’ll also drive the performance management and review process, the company brand from a recruiting perspective, and all that other fun stuff that sets apart a proactive, talent-focused workplace. This is a new role, so there’s lots of opportunity for you to give it your own special flavor.
Hired Gun Profile
The end-clients for this company are used to white glove treatment (and then some), and so it goes that the ideal individual to kick our clients’ talent acquisition into high gear would have experience finding and nurturing talent in a luxury hospitality environment (e.g. high end retail, hotel, etc.). You have a personal passion around “culture-building” too.
As an individual you are the trendsetter amongst your friends. You know what’s hot and what’s not pop culture-wise from everything nightlife and music to art, entertainment and the latest food fad/restaurants.
If you love building teams and organizations and working for smart people who like to get the job done, then this is the perfect place for you.
