Here’s some true-blue, in-the-thick-of-it, nice-n-juicy marketing work for one of the most prominent real estate development companies on the East Coast. Join this team and you’ll find yourself working with super-high-quality people, steeped in nearly every aspect of real-estate marketing. If you live for classical marketing tasks and have a thing for the development industry, this number goes out to you.
Get ready to lead the team handling the creation of all of marketing materials from top to bottom — everything from brochures to presentation decks to email and beyond. You’ll be the calm center of a whirlwind, working on tight deadlines to deliver first-rate material to a coterie of the world’s most prestigious architects and designers — the true 21st-Century titans of the building trade.
There is, as you might imagine, a data component of the job, too: You’ll need to analyze the results of your campaigns with an eye toward improving returns in the future, and you’ll prepare buyer demographic reports to inform targeted marketing efforts.
Hired Gun Profile
Preferably, you’ve got a master’s degree and five good solid years of experience in real estate/development, during which you’ve proven your outstanding management skills and created a smorgasbord of killer marketing collateral that you’re eager to show off. Goes without saying that your command of language and interpersonal communication skills are, y’know, off the chain.
And personality? Oh, baby, you’ve got personality. You’re even-keeled but not boring; cheerful but not feckless; creative but not spacy; and organized/detail-oriented like it’s nobody’s business. You’re naturally innovative while understanding business requirements, and you have a finely-tuned sense for what’s appropriate and what will carry the day in a given situation.
Previous experience in — and true enthusiasm for — real-estate development will get you a nice close look.
This is no fixer-upper. It’s an opportunity to work closely with some of the world’s top architects and designers in a highly visible position.
