What sets us — and now you — apart is a thoroughly consultative approach in which you’ll immerse yourself in the client and their needs. With the promise of delivering their dream hire, you’ll establish a strong rapport and begin asking tons of questions (many of them starting with “why”) to get a thorough understanding of the business and the implications of the hire. Then you’ll leave no stone unturned in your relentless pursuit of the right person for the job — combing through social media and online portfolios, reaching out to our network of Guns, sending out feelers, collaring random strangers on the subway (okay, maybe not that, but you get the idea). Once you have your pool of candidates, you’ll undertake a careful vetting and interviewing process, finally producing the shiny talent-gem that is, if you don’t’ mind mixed metaphors, the lifeblood of a modern digital employer.
To be clear, this won’t be a string of one-offs. You’ll be building and nurturing relationships that will in many cases last for years.

Your recent work has given you an unusually intimate and varied window onto the digital landscape. Whatever you’ve been up to (we hope it’s actual recruiting, but we of all people know enough to be open-minded about this stuff), it’s left you in a perfect position to know where to find the most innovative professionals and what their work-lives consist of.
You have a salesperson’s ability to put people at their ease, whether that’s a handful of talented-but-overwhelmed startup folks trying to staff up their org, a harried HR manager, or an on-the-fence talent prospect. You use that interpersonal skill of yours to reassure people as you go about helping them to solve their problems.
