The Hired Guns represents talent right across the digital spectrum, with an especial focus on digital media, design and development. When you become our new biz-dev maven, you’ll take the lead in developing the relationship/customer strategy with all the passion and energy that has brought you this far in your career. You’ll see each client as deserving of your best efforts, strategic thinking, proactive communications, complex consultative thinking. In this way, you’ll create a strong pipeline of incoming business, hitting assigned growth and retention targets as well as financial marks as defined by company management.

You’ve put in a good 10 years of successful strategic digital business development, sales, and/or digital advertising work (agency or consultancy), and you’re no stranger to the worlds of digital media, design and development (Over cocktails you could, for example, cogently explain the difference between UX and UI, or Scrum versus Kanban; you could maybe hold forth on audience segmentation; and you know your CRMs from your CMSs, your SAAS from your SAS). Your career to date has been marked by fruitful, long-term relationships with CEOs, operating and business unit heads, department leaders, recruiters and HR pros. You love meeting new people, and get no greater thrill than creating relationships that leave everybody smiling.
As mentioned, you’ll be working directly for our CEO, who is a thought leader in the Future of Work and digital recruiting. We need someone who is driven and motivated to succeed, someone eager to show up for work each day ready to change the world.
