The Nitty Gritty
In this role, you’ll lead the parade: collaborating with developers, investors, architects, designers and media relations and pubic relations to brainstorm ideas, then coordinate and manage the teams as they implement your master plan. You’ll facilitate the creation of collateral and other marketing materials and bring in the resources to get projects built. You’ll supervise brand positioning collateral and advertising, development, promotions, creative and strategic partnership internally and with clients. You’ll motivate agents and teams to deliver the goods on time and on budget. You’ll be a source of stability to those who report to you, and a source of comfort to the firm’s leaders, who are relying on you not just to keep things rolling but to keep them informed as to the application of the newly-minted marketing plan.
And you’ll also attend some of the most sumptuous parties on the planet – in the Hamptons, South Beach, LA and more — because your company will be hosting them.

You’ve put in significant time at an agency in a client-facing role, shaping a thorough understanding of brand development and the mechanics of the projects that underpin it.
