I am super-psyched to announce that The Hired Guns has been recognized as one of 2017’s Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private firms in America. (Right now, I’m headed to the Inc. 5000 Conference in Desert Palm, CA. to celebrate with, and learn from, the other award winners.)
When we last appeared on the list, we barely squeaked on, whereas this year we ranked at #3,767. This is a big deal for us because, as a professional services firm, we need to do a lot to move the ball forward even a little. And the competition this year was the most ambitious crop in the list’s history. According to Inc., the average company on the list achieved a mind-boggling three-year average growth of 481% and the 2017 winners collectively generated 619,500 jobs over the past three years.
This honor, after being named on of America’s “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” by the Staffing Industry Analysts in January, is amazing. We’re thrilled to be the only firm in NYC to make both lists.
