You’re not just good at managing clients—you’re obsessed with delivering, be it RFP ideation with Business Development Managers, or making sure your client has what they need the day before they expect it. You think fast, move faster, and know the right influencer can drive more than just impressions; they can move products. What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- 5+ years in an agency or brand-side role managing high-profile, multi-platform campaigns—bonus points for deep experience in beauty or fashion.
- A serious passion for influencer and performance marketing—and you don’t need a playbook because you already wrote one.
- Fluency in client services and campaign execution—briefs, creative pitches, influencer outreach, reporting, and everything in between.
- Proven ability to grow and manage accounts. RFPs? You love ‘em. You’ve worked directly with biz dev leads to win big.
- Strong tools game: You know how to juggle campaigns, track performance, and keep comms clean—whether it’s Monday, Asana, Google Slides, or your own secret sauce.
- Experience managing a team (even better if you’ve had up to 9 direct reports), and a rep for being the mentor everyone fights to report to.
- Cross-time-zone collaboration chops—you’ve worked with teams abroad and know how to keep projects humming across continents.
- An eye for detail that won’t quit, a client-facing presence that commands trust, and the ability to never drop the ball—flaky doesn’t live here.
