The Hired Guns are seeking a hungry Account Executive to join a new startup growing 400% year-on-year within the world’s largest supplier of personalized, print-on-demand products.
Comp range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year base salary, plus bonus
- You get 2.5% of EVERYTHING you sell. If you like money, this is a good gig. Oh, and it’s fully remote.
- You will be “flying the plane while also building it.” You will take data and create a thesis. There is no cap on upside.

Note: the role requires up to 20% overnight travel within North America.

In response to their swift success, they’re looking for a skilled Account Executive who will find, prioritize, and develop new commercial relationships with partners that meaningfully increase demand for print-on-demand solutions. This includes defining and refining the most effective acquisition strategies and managing process rigor for prospect and lead scoring to maximize new account win rates with highest priority targets.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment. You have a commercial understanding and awareness of POD business from either running your own business, or from having experience in the industry, or from managing new customer acquisition. You thrive on ambiguity and like moving in fast-paced environments. You’re someone who’s just as comfortable picking up the phone and talking to 100 people in a day as you are at navigating the C-Suite, and building an API with the CFO in coordination with the tech team and other internal stakeholders.
IQ and EQ are paramount: You are a structured storyteller and a strong conversationalist. You can take data and create a thesis. You have some experience working in chaos e.g. less infrastructure. You have an uncanny ability to make deals happen fast. Tip: If you’ve been recently laid off from a startup, this is a great next career move for you.
