Proven Closers Selling to Non-Profits Wanted at Innovative Fundraising Consulting Firm
Compensation range: Base $70,000 to $110,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. OTE could be $120,000 to $150,000, much higher for top performance!
Are You the Missing Piece?
This fast-growing, mission-driven consulting firm is looking for a proven closer to take their already-strong inbound engine and turn it into consistent, predictable wins. They help nonprofits achieve the biggest fundraising milestones of their lives—multi-million-dollar capital campaigns—and you’ll be at the center of that transformation, working with nonprofit executives, boards, and development leaders on decisions that will define their organizations’ next decade.
The company’s founders literally wrote the book on capital campaigns, and their innovative, community-driven model is changing the industry. With 30 to 50 qualified inbound leads every month, a mature content marketing engine, and a best-in-class team of experts, they’ve got the stage set; it will now be your job to close the show.
You’ll thrive here if you’re a relationship-driven hunter who loves high-impact selling, understands how to navigate complex stakeholder groups, and can speak with equal ease in a one-on-one board meeting or on a public webinar.
Fully remote, but note West Coast applicants must be early risers and willing to work East Coast hours.
What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- Proven professional services sales track record: You’ve sold consulting or high-value services into nonprofits or similarly complex B2B environments with multiple decision-makers.
- Closer’s instincts: Comfortable selling into deal sizes of $1K–$10K/month with a sweet spot of about a 60–90 day sales cycle and hitting or smashing your quota consistently.
- Stakeholder savvy: Skilled at navigating conversations with EDs, boards, directors of development, and other nonprofit leaders.
- Consistency: You can reliably turn 30–50 strong inbound leads/month into 5+ closed clients (vs. the current 3–4).
- Public speaking presence: You can confidently represent the company on webinars, podcasts, and other one-to-many channels.
- Career chops: You’ve had success in at least two prior selling roles and can show how you’ve built relationships and delivered results.
You should take this meeting because …
This is a chance to sell something that truly matters. You’ll be helping mission-driven organizations secure the funding to build hospitals, expand youth programs, preserve cultural landmarks, and more. You’ll work fully remotely with an award-winning, innovative team that believes in transparency, community, and real client impact. The leads are warm, the support is strong, and the product is proven. If you’re ready to put your closing skills to work in a role where every deal makes a difference, you’ve just found your next home, and we want to hear from you today!
