As our newest account executive, you’re going to sink your teeth into a role that calls for all the best parts of you, from close-in detail work to high-level strategic consultative account management at a thought-leading company that just keeps on upping its game.
Once we starting a new client engagement, we need someone who’s hyper-focused on the client’s needs, keeping everything running smoothly. That someone, you see, will be you: you’ll open up a beautiful avenue of communicative rapport in which you’ll quickly become the in-house expert on how exactly what the client needs and wants, and how we might continue to improve our service. With all your emphasis on providing truly world-class client service, there’ll be a lot of coordinating and working closely with internal teams at The Hired Guns as you orchestrate the process, iron out wrinkles, chase down anything that could be helpful. All told, your goal will be to develop an eminently professional, service-oriented, leadership-minded, collaborative working relationship both with the client and internally.
Hired Gun Proﬁle
Having worked for five or more years in staffing relationship management, you’ve got what it takes to represent the clients internally and to represent the Hired Guns to the client. You are highly sensitive to the needs of others, with an ability to sense discomfort and pain points, a deep-seated drive to pull on available resources to solve problems, and a flair for organization, remembering details and keep things from slipping through the cracks. You’ve never once in your professional life said, with a straight face, “Let’s just kick that can down the road.” Instead, you’ve been decisive and proactive, meeting challenges head-on. Finally, you’re highly skilled at presentations, both the writing and the delivery thereof.
Extra credit goes to the Gun with experience supporting or selling digital media talent.
