You will work closely with clients as the primary point of contact and relationship manager, helping to ensure retention and growth of accounts. This includes executing and managing lead-gen strategies, explaining new product features and prices, and building rapport with clients.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a BS/BA in Business or related field (or equivalent relevant experience) and have spent 2+ years in a customer success or account manager role within a fast-paced environment. In prior roles, you used your people skills to grow existing accounts and uncover new sales opportunities.
You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales metrics with measurable growth and have built successful working relationships with your internal teams. You have strong problem-solving ability, persistence, focus, and determination and are technically savvy with strong Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
