A start-up nestled within a billion-dollar global company (they focus on personalization of products) needs a motivated Account Manager to join their growing team. You will work closely with clients as the primary point of contact and relationship manager, helping to ensure retention and growth of accounts. This includes executing and managing lead-gen strategies, explaining new product features and prices, and building rapport with clients.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a BS/BA in Business or related field (or equivalent relevant experience) and have spent 2+ years in a customer success or account manager role within a fast-paced environment. In prior roles, you used your people skills to grow existing accounts and uncover new sales opportunities.
You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales metrics with measurable growth and have built successful working relationships with your internal teams. You have strong problem-solving ability, persistence, focus, and determination and are technically savvy with strong Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
