A major player in the AdTech space is seeking a smart and hungry Account Manager to join their New York office.
This is a fast-paced, venture-funded player in the AdTech sector who has disrupted how customers plan, activate and optimize their media campaigns. (We’re serious). They are growing like gangbusters and are looking for a solid “farmer” who is excellent at taking an existing “post new biz/sales” client and grooming and growing it to the next level.
A strategic mindset is key here. You will be implementing best practices and strategies for meeting client goals as well as educating clients about all aspects of this company’s impressive toolkit. As an Account Manager you will work closely with the Sales, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver strategic vision, customized campaign management and planning, and drive product adoption with your assigned clients.
You must be data-driven in your account management approach. You will be using data, trends and insights to drive product usage and adoption which is one way to drive incremental revenue gains.
You must also be a top-notch networker and extremely relationship-oriented. Another way to grow the account will be to expand seat usage across your clients’ company. You enjoy building long-lasting relationships through mutual respect and trust. And by helping your clients achieve their business objectives. Strong curiosity and problem solving skills are a must.

You are a digital native who is coming out of a client services / account management role. While AdTech experience would be great, we are also just as open to individuals who’ve worked in Digital Agencies, Media Teams inside of Ad Agencies, Management Consultancies, SaaS-based tech firms and beyond. Again, it’s not where you’ve worked but how you work an account. And an ability to create order from nuance, problem solve and build trust are all key competencies.
