They’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who can skillfully weave together the physical in-store world and the digital space to conceive entirely new approaches to 360 campaigns.
Your years of agency experience delivering creative solutions and executions for big brands have honed your instincts, broadened your stylistic range, and instilled a solid background in digital. Having previously worked on retail projects — point-of-sale, collateral, displays, in-store media, and promotions — you have a thorough understanding of channels and retailers. You have the discipline and leadership ability to hit quick-turnaround deadlines and fulfill brand needs, but you’re no drill sergeant: instead, you inspire your team through collaboration and a true open-door policy.
As Associate Creative Director, you will be a truly innovative manager, uniquely talented at bringing out the best in others. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your team executes campaigns flawlessly in terms of both marketing strategy and creative standards. It’s an integral role, providing brand expertise and leadership; your guidance will impact the creative team, the agency partners, and of course, the clients.
