You have 6-12 years of experience in talent acquisition and strategy at top digital agencies or recruiting firms. You’re adept at recruiting for design, product, and engineering roles. You’re comfortable self-sourcing, but you can also look at the big picture and compose the necessary steps to secure a lasting talent-acquisition and -retention strategy. It excites you to be the person who will help create synergy between the East Coast and West Coast of this agency and make it one cohesive organization. You’re a team player, but also a coach, and you fully embrace this hybrid type of role. Big plus if you’ve done RPO recruiting.
