The Hired Guns are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Subscriber Acquisition with about 2 to 4 years experience in digital marketing and audience acquisition. Our client is a highly prestigious international business publisher looking to fuel the rapid growth of their digital subscriber base in North America and Latin America, and in this role you will support the Manager of Online Acquisitions by planning, executing and evaluating all online initiatives for these markets.
You’re a motivated, results-driven contributor who brings passion and a general know-how about all things digital. You’ve been working for 2 to 4 years for a major publisher, content provider, or perhaps even an e-commerce site, where you’ve sharpened your skills in the worlds of marketing and audience acquisition. You know all the tricks of the trade for increasing subscribers in a big way, and you’ve managed an array of online marketing channels, from SEM and affiliate, to email and display, to social networking and mobile. You’ll be managing a lot of direct-to-consumer marketing programs, so superior project management and agency management skills are essential.
As Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll coordinate the development of online programs, order pages, promo keys and campaign tracking reports. Working with external agencies, you’ll manage execution and tracking of mobile ad campaigns with a focus on improving conversions and boosting ROI. Collaborating closely with international colleagues, you’ll help execute global online projects and assist in leveraging U.S. experience to develop and upgrade online marketing programs and vendor capabilities across the globe. Finally, you’ll spend a lot of time digging into the numbers, preparing weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, so be ready to work with tools like Omniture and Google Analytics.
