This role sits at the intersection of brand, creative, retail marketing, and operations. You’ll be the connective tissue between ideas and execution, keeping projects moving, assets organized, stakeholders aligned, and creative work flowing from request to reality.
One minute you’re tracking down the latest approved logo. Next, you’re managing and maintaining the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. You’ll be coordinating campaign assets, managing project workflows, supporting retail activations, and helping creative teams stay focused on the work that matters most.

What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- Experience managing creative projects, marketing initiatives, or brand operations
- Strong organizational skills and an uncanny ability to keep multiple moving pieces on track
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Familiarity with creative workflows and project management systems
- The confidence to chase deadlines, coordinate stakeholders, and keep momentum high
- Strong attention to detail because version control matters, and nobody wants the wrong logo in market!
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic design support
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting marketing, creative, retail, agency, or brand teams
- Most importantly, you’re someone who sees a messy process and immediately starts figuring out how to make it better.
