Client-Facing, Proactive, Hungry Team Leader Wanted at Premier Ad Agency
Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year
Are You the Missing Piece?
This creative consultancy and full-service digital marketing agency partners with forward-thinking brands to spark bold new ways of driving business growth. With a growing roster of projects—from brand DNA development and web builds to growth marketing and content production—they’re on the hunt for a Client Success Leader to help steer the ship and delight clients every step of the way.
You guessed it: This is a client-facing, proactive, pace-setting role. You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships for some seriously cool brands (think GPS dog collars, emerging food products, cutting-edge test prep), keeping internal teams aligned, projects on track, and clients informed, happy, and eager for what’s next. You’ll make sure nobody’s wondering, “What’s going on?” You’ll keep projects humming, briefs crisp, and communication flowing across stakeholders. And you’ll do it all with a hunger to solve brand and marketing puzzles—while always keeping the bigger business goals in view.
You won’t be pitching new business per se, but your spidey sense for organic growth will be a game-changer. You’ll listen for opportunities before they’re even named, and you’ll help ensure clients are always a step ahead of where they need to be. Added plus, you’ll get to be involved in video and photo shoots as they come up.
Note, this is a hybrid role based in Westport, CT, 1-2 days a week, reporting directly to the Head of Client Success.
What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You’re insatiably curious—about brands, people, markets, and the “why” behind everything. You’re not just executing; you’re thinking five moves ahead.
- You’ve got 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management or client success / similar role at a digital agency, ideally with web build chops.
- You’ve lived inside project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar—and you love a tight comms cadence.
- You have a portfolio of work you can reference that includes successful website, branding, or growth marketing projects to prove it.
- You’re a generalist at heart—equally comfortable wrangling timelines, writing briefs, overseeing photo or video shoots, reviewing copy, or talking dev timelines.
- You’ve got a growth mindset and love building things (brands, processes, systems, relationships).
- You’re allergic to micromanagement and thrive when trusted to do your thing—because let’s face it, you’re already two steps ahead.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with UX/UI workflows or dev projects.
- You’ve managed external partners—writers, developers, designers, producers.
- You’ve worked on photo/video productions or packaging projects.
- You’re secretly obsessed with customer service—especially the “unreasonable hospitality” kind.
You should take this meeting because …
… you love solving complex problems, staying ten steps ahead of everyone else, and building deep relationships rooted in trust: this role has your name written all over it. You’ll be learning from a seasoned client leader who’s deeply invested in your growth—and who wants you to outgrow the role (in the best way possible). You’ll be part of a tight-knit team committed to delivering top-of-the-line service with humanity, hustle, and heart.
If you’re hungry to grow, ready to lead, and care as much about how the work gets done as what the work is—this might just be your next big move. Get in touch with us today!
