From using your solid HTML chops to create and publish online registration pages to ensuring that the information in the corporate events database is flawlessly accurate, you’ll be on the front lines of the Events team and integral to its success.
You’ll use Microsoft Access to manage and maintain an accurate invite list for each event. And you’ll be needed a lot.
Hired Gun Profile
You’ll be dealing with the firm’s highly valued clients, so a friendly, helpful attitude, a professional phone manner, and endless patience are essential. Some prior experience managing a database is definitely preferred, but a recent grad or returning professional with impressive polish and great tech skills will definitely earn a look here.
Speaking of tech skills, you’ve got solid chops with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with Microsoft Access is mandatory, so be sure to tell us your cover letter how you’ve used it and when. You’ll be tested on your Office and Access skills, so the more specific you can be, the better.
You must be comfortable assisting clients over the phone in navigating the registration website, so prior experience as a customer support or help desk representative (or similar experience) is definitely a plus.
