You must have the following skills: graphic design, art direction, motion graphics, and web/email design. It’s a plus if you have familiarity with Illustration, data visualizations/infographics, and light experience with HTML. Strong skills in Adobe CS and Figma are required. It’s great if you have experience working with large-scale design systems and have an understanding of web accessibility and best design practices. Experience in creating and managing detailed component redlines and usage documentation is expected. Plus, you possess a strong understanding of component libraries.
