A hugely successful start-up (nestled within a billion-dollar global company focused on personalization products) needs an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Manager to develop, create, manage, and optimize digital content that will help establish this print-on-demand brand’s online presence across all digital channels – website, email, social media platforms, microsites, blogs, presentations, collateral, etc. This company’s mission is to deliver seamless print-on-demand experiences that help businesses create lasting emotional connections with purposeful, high-quality products. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will also be tasked with developing high-quality marketing and social media campaigns from ideation through execution and implementation.
This role sits on a close-knit, talented team, and you’ll work closely with the marketing director and sales and agency partners to design and execute winning digital content programs. You get to be both creative and analytical in this role, identifying storytelling opportunities while staying focused on building and engaging audiences.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years working in a digital content role. Experience with Google Ads, PPC, and Social Media are non-negotiables. You have demonstrable experience contributing to website content design, email and landing page design/optimization, social media, blogs, product promotions, and digital ad content. It goes without saying that you are a highly creative and innovative individual who understands audience targeting and segmentation techniques. You can develop engaging digital content that educates and compels action. You’re proficient with design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. You have working knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Wix, Hootsuite, social media platforms, CMS platforms, Google Analytics and other vital tools of the digital marketing trade. You have a knack for being able to present and describe complex ideas and concepts using simple, easy-to-understand language. You thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and you’re excited to join a rapidly scaling startup-style company that is #1 in its industry!
