This is the in-house agency for a major media organization, which devoted to digging deeper than the rest. The clients are second-to-none — the biggest, newest, and most edgy. The work will keep your skills sharp and push you to grow. In the AM, you’ll be working on interactive content and site changes, by noon you’ll be handling graphics, and after lunch you may have a stack of video in your queue. Depending on the assignment, you could be working alone, with agency resources, with fellow members of your team, or with other internal folks — ranging from clients to marketing types to designers to coders — virtually everyone who touches the project.
You’re going to be tasked with finding, posting, and maintaining content for a wide array of platforms and products, and that means that some pretty diverse assets will be flowing through you. There’s a lot to handle here, so the right Gun will have exceptional time management skills and be able to keep projects moving along on demanding deadlines.

You’ve been working for a few years now in one or more digital creative roles with a strong visual emphasis. You might even be an art or film school graduate who has discovered a love for applied visual rhetoric. Whatever your background, you work with initiative and confidence, finding solutions and getting things done without a lot of hand-holding. Whether or not you have a specialty, your gift is applying the universals inherent to your areas of mastery to all new undertakings.
Finally, you bring to your work an interpersonal warmth and decency, and you’re eager to work with all kinds of people and to learn new things. You’re experienced in working with multiple teams in both content creation and asset management and get buy-in from department heads, communications folks, marketing, PR, and even those crazy hipsters in the social media department.
