Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year

This established, female-led digital video agency works in the entertainment, sports, and media spaces. As their client roster grows, they’re looking for a passionate and highly organized Program Manager who is well-versed in the media landscape (particularly the world of video) to manage high-profile client projects (your first project would be working with the CEO of a major sports team). This role is heavy on client-facing, and you will have to communicate – with grace and discretion – to both internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic inputs, business narratives, and other key “big-picture” thought-leadership initiatives. You’ll also formulate and present budgets and strategic plans to the executive team. In short, you’ll be an autonomous strategist who owns day-to-day strategic planning, business operations, and creative programming. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
Hands down, you’re super-passionate about video news, programming, influencers, leaders, and the latest video trends. Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years of account management and/or project management experience in video, media, and social. Client-facing experience is a must, as you will be engaging with a lot of heavy-hitting external stakeholders. That means that you must be extraordinarily trustworthy and use the utmost discretion when handling high-profile client portfolios. It also means you can keep it cool, and you’re adept at subtle communication. It’s great if you have B2B as well as B2C experience. Fluency in the media landscape, from TV to publishing to digital video initiatives, is a non-negotiable. You’re a high-functioning multi-tasker with strong organizational skills. Expertise in all Microsoft Office products, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Slack, and other project management tools and client management systems is a must, along with willingness to learn and capacity to adapt to new tools quickly.
