A nationally celebrated retailer that’s scaling its digital shopping volume at an unprecedented rate needs a Digital Strategy and Operations Principal to develop strategy, optimize operations, and initiate transformation efforts. In this role, you will support the Senior Director and oversee day-to-day operations, secure cross-functional communication and collaboration, follow up on action items, and create regular recaps and updates for the Chief Digital Officer. You will drive cross-functional teams toward clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making initiatives, including defining and tracking metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance. All those years of technical, analytical, and leadership skills will come into play in this role, and we guarantee you’ll never have a dull day at the office!
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re a high-performing management consultant or corporate-side operations or strategy star who’s itching to join a fast-scaling team that’s leading change within one of the nation’s premier e-commerce platforms. You have at least a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably an MBA, plus 6 or more years of relevant work experience in management consulting, including significant work with retail or e-commerce clients. Bonus points if you also have retail or e-commerce experience at a large corporation. You’ve built an impressive reputation for developing high-impact, actionable strategies by applying structured problem-solving and analytics. You have keen business acumen, great data literacy, and a collaborative spirit. Your ability to “tell the story” in a meaningful and actionable way is critical. You not only have expertise in digital strategy and operations, but also a solid track record of contributing to strong teams and driving cultural change to support operational excellence. No sweat.
