To keep up with their expansion, they’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing, Brand and Content to lead the strategic direction and execution of all owned and earned marketing efforts. This includes SEO, website strategy and development, online reputation management, local listings, email marketing, social media, and public relations for over 30 unique brands.
This position will lead a team of experienced marketing professionals and collaborate closely with agency partners and key internal stakeholder groups (like the field marketing team, paid search team, and IT department) to successfully drive customer engagement and revenue across multiple marketing channels.

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience, during which you must have managed one or more direct reports. Here are the top five skills needed to do this job right:
- Leadership Skills: You must have the ability to speak with senior executives (ELT, GMs, DVPs) with ease. You can articulate a clear strategy and make recommendations on marketing as well as coach your team to success.
- Content Marketing Skills: You have experience developing a multi-channel content strategy and the ability to partner with the team to customize/localize this across the branches. Plus, you have a strong track record driving performance across email, social, and website, including conversion optimization on the site.
- Technical Marketing Skills: Experience leading a small web dev team and managing technical SEO is a must.
- Reputation Management Track: You must have a track record of improving reputation across key channels (Google, Yelp, Angi, etc).
- Data Analysis Ability: You can manipulate data, conduct analysis, formulate hypotheses, and make recommendations. You’re comfortable with PowerBI, Excel, and Google Analytics.
