As Director of Business Growth, you’ll be making key decisions driving U.S. expansion, taking ownership of performance strategy, and collaborating across creative, digital, and product teams to launch data-backed campaigns that drive real ROI. You’ll lead a team hyper-focused on growth, helping to shape how content is promoted, how audiences are acquired, and how every test leads to smarter, faster scale.

What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You have a proven ability to analyze the entire conversion funnel to pinpoint where users drop off and uncover why it’s happening.
- You are fluent in user behavior analytics—heatmaps, user feedback, session recordings, and everything in between—and you know how to turn insights into action.
- You’re experienced in generating clear, actionable hypotheses and know how to prioritize and test them to drive performance improvements.
- You’ve successfully designed and launched A/B and multivariate experiments to validate ideas and optimize conversion outcomes.
- You bring a rigorous, data-first mindset with a clear track record of lowering Cost Per Install or improving acquisition efficiency.
- You love working closely with creative and copy teams to bring performance insights into their workflows and make testing more effective.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can collaborate seamlessly with marketing, design, product, and analytics teams.
- You are relentlessly user-focused, using empathy and data together to understand what truly drives (or hinders) action.
