This two-billion-dollar market leader in the personalized products space is looking for a Director of Large-Order Sales to negotiate big deals working with quick deal cycles. You’ll be responsible for managing the deal desk while also being customer-facing. You will own P&L for deals of $10K and above with a quick sales cycle (note, the minimum sales threshold for a large deal is $10K, an average deal size is around $100K, but deals can go up to $6M-$7M). You’ll be focused on deal conversion at the mid-to-bottom of the funnel while looking at multiple data points. You’ll partner in a trusted advisor capacity with finance, IT, Marketing, and Senior Sales Leadership to design and automate business processes that boost scale and efficiency. Plus, you’ll develop and implement procedures to ensure deal integrity and cleanliness in Salesforce and other systems of record.

The ideal candidate is a hunter in a well-resourced mid-sized company where you’re closing deals at a fast clip. You have 8+ years of experience in deal desk, pricing, collections, and billing in enterprise B2B SaaS while taking on progressively more senior roles and managing teams. You’re an entrepreneurial and industrious leader who can think strategically all the way through the pipeline and influence without direct authority. You have the gravitas to close deals with both customers and sellers. You’re comfortable owning P&L for deals of $10K all the way up into the millions, and you’re accustomed to quick lifecycle deals. You have experience building and leading a deal desk and/or Quote-to-Cash function, and you have a solid background with a 2-step distribution model (B2B, B2B2C). Note, you must be proficient in Salesforce.
