- You’re a pro at navigating the Federal / Military sales and distribution landscape: We are looking for someone with Federal and/or Military contracting sales experience, ideally with DLA, DoD, or GSA background who is at ease navigating this complex distribution model
- You’re an (egoless) boss who has led a sizable team (10+): You have a successful leadership track record building and coaching sales and BD teams of 10+ people. You love this part of your job. All eyes are on you, and you get to help mentor and coach others.
- You’re a builder: Well maybe not in the traditional sense, but you can swoop in and build out a winning commercial go-to-market strategy and build on it
- You’ve got a major GM mentality: It’s not enough to just be a sales leader; you also have to have financial acumen as well as marketing and product assortment experience
