The Hired Guns are seeking an accomplished Director, Outside Sales (Northeast U.S.) to drive revenue growth, market growth, and market share with an outside sales team at the nation’s leading public safety apparel and equipment company. Important: while this is a remote position, you must reside in the northeastern United States to facilitate visiting clients as needed.
Compensation range: $96,000 to $130,000 per year base salary, plus bonus

The nation’s largest distributor of professional public safety equipment and apparel is investing heavily in their e-commerce segment. In response, they’re looking for an energetic and seasonal Director, Outside Sales (Northeast U.S.) to provide spot-on leadership and coordination of the company’s outside sales functions.
In this role you will be responsible for developing a winning sales strategy (market and target customer strategies) for an outside sales team. You will lead a group of District Sales Managers for the Northeast, including coaching, hiring, and driving metrics related to sales operations. You’ll provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the outside sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. You got this.
