This female-owned, rapidly growing global patient recruitment company is looking for an internal entry-level Project Coordinator to ensure that all patient recruitment campaigns and projects are running smoothly. As a key member of the creative team, you will oversee workflows and make sure that interdepartmental communication is seamless. You will be handling about 15 projects at a time and reporting to the Creative Project Manager. You will coordinate timelines and track materials and projects in various formats, including print advertising, brochures, guides, letters, digital advertising, websites, presentations, and videos. If you can retain a large amount of information and like being the go-to person for the other creative team members, then this is the role for you. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have at least one year of experience managing projects or workflow in a fast-paced environment. It goes without saying that you can prioritize and manage multiple projects (15+) simultaneously in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment. You are great at improving processes and managing workflows. You have incredible attention to detail. Experience working with marketing collateral and campaigns (both print and digital) is a plus. It’s easy for you to retain a great deal of information, multitask projects and work collaboratively with teams to solve issues. You’re a self-starter who is resourceful and great at working independently and as part of a team. You consider yourself a true go-getter with initiative, drive, and a solid desire to learn. Experience with project management software is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat are must-haves.
