The Hired Guns are seeking a conversion-minded Graphic Designer for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer healthcare brand that’s poised to upend its category. This is a fully-remote contract opportunity requiring a more or less full time workload for the first four to six months, then ramping down to part-time and project-based as needed.
The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the organization and why they need to hire you!
This brand is undertaking a soup-to-nuts makeover of their whole marketing mix, and you’ll be playing a key role by designing and redesigning a vast range of assets, starting with email and social marketing but also encompassing website landing pages that drive conversion and lead-gen, as well as print assets. Of course great visual design is a must, but these guys are eyes-on-the-prize, so your output needs to perform: you’ll need a great sense of how design drives user journeys that increase acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a strong digital design background spanning web, email, and social, plus experience designing for print. For you, design is not just about pretty pictures—you’ve got a strong business and strategic sense that guides you to create design that performs and generates measurable results. You’re an easygoing team player who’s enormously self-motivated and experienced in working remotely as part of a geographically distributed team. Exposure to the healthcare space is a plus, but not required.
