This global healthcare company recruits patients for clinical research studies that help advance new treatment and medication options. They’ve doubled in size every year for the past four years and are poised for even more growth in 2022. In response, they’re looking for a budding Graphic Designer to join their award-winning creative team and bring fresh ideas, new perspectives, and elevated designs to the table. In this role, you will help create engaging on-brand graphics for a wide range of clients and media. Plus, you’ll assist senior graphic designers in producing and editing cutting-edge designs for print, web, and other digital media (the job is 80% print, 20% digital). You will report to the Associate Creative Director while collaborating with multiple team members to see projects through from conception to completion. You’ll grow your design portfolio as you create engaging on-brand graphics for a vast array of clients at a mission-driven company that actually cares about its employees. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You are detail-oriented, have a passion for great design, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have 0 to 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer – that’s right, no traditional work experience is needed to apply. That said, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or other related field and possess extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Knowledge of animation and video-editing software is a plus. Familiarity with design techniques and a comprehensive understanding of visual elements (layout, type, fonts) are a must. You pride yourself on teamwork and collaboration. It goes without saying that you have a keen eye for detail, heightened creative curiosity, and great problem-solving aptitude. You are a creative mind—you enjoy variety in your work and strive to be on the cutting edge of design.
