This woman-owned, data-driven company pairs patients with research studies, enabling life-saving drugs and procedures to come to market faster. Every year for the past four years, the company has doubled in size and is poised for even more growth in 2022. To keep up with this rapid expansion, they’re looking for a savvy Help Desk Technician with vast experience installing and troubleshooting Windows, Macintosh, and telephony systems to support their national team.
In this role you will enjoy the satisfaction of solving problems in real-time for friendly team members who respect your expertise (that’s a win right there). You will be hands-on with the latest technology and have the freedom to advise on decisions regarding the organization’s best interest. You will bring telephony and contact center experience to the existing support team and work both responsively and proactively to ensure maximum uptime for team members. (Note, experience with telephony platforms is a necessity, and preference will be given to those with Twilio and Twilio Flex experience.)

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
In order to do this job right, you need to have 2 to 4 years’ experience installing and troubleshooting Windows and Macintosh operating systems and 2 to 4 years’ experience troubleshooting telephony systems (this is a must). Twilio systems experience is preferred. You can install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite with ease, and you know how to diagnose hardware issues. Basic network troubleshooting is easy peasy for you! Plus, you have experience administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
