This experience-driven Out-of-Home media and technology company delivers programming, consumer amenities, and advertising to cities all across the U.S. From free internet access to wayfinding to real-time information, their products make life easier and more sustainable for people in America’s top cities.
As they expand, they are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis. In this role you will:
- Design, develop, test, and implement innovative solutions in their current HRIS System, Rippling
- Support technical processes related to all enterprise HR programs (merit, bonus, benefit execution, payroll, talent, performance, recruitment, reporting, integrations, security, learning management, surveys, timekeeping, and more)
- Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support
- Analyze HRIS and HR performance metrics
- Document processes and perform diagnostic tests and audits
- Enter, cleanse, and troubleshoot data as needed
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality within HCM modules and integrations
- Produce operational and ad hoc reports and dashboards of varying complexity
- Collaborate with stakeholders and perform requirements gathering to ensure that HR functions meet the client’s business objectives

Let’s state the obvious: HRIS experience is mission-critical here, so you must have 5+ years working as a high-level analyst with HRIS platforms throughout the full delivery life cycle, with immaculate attention to detail and a proven track record of producing exceptional work.
Soft Skills:
- You’re a hands-on doer who can consistently churn out high-quality analysis
- You thrive collaborating with a close-knit team where everyone is highly specialized in their own lane of ownership
- You have demonstrated ability managing work across multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and timing
Hard Skills:
- Strong experience with Excel is a must
- Hands-on experience with HR data visualization and analytics + HCM analytics is a plus
- Bonus points if you have experience with SQL
- It’s great if you have a background in configuring compensation models, open enrollment, and reporting and dashboards
Note, you must be able to go into the NYC offices two days a week.
