What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- 3+ years as an HRIS Analyst at a company with 750+ employees
- UKG experience is ideal, but Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or ADP Workforce Now work too
- You speak Excel fluently and can whip up reports and dashboards that make HR and leadership swoon (Power BI gets bonus points)
- You know how to build workflows, handle integrations, run audits, and keep things secure and compliant
- You’re a great communicator who knows how to train, support, and partner across teams
- You’ve got a degree in HR, Info Systems, Biz Admin—or experience that proves you don’t need one
