Also key: experience in dealing with the unique needs of small and medium PR and branding agencies as a proactive and effective recruiter of publicists and social media and digital talent. The agency specializes in lifestyle, fashion, and beauty brands and is especially strong at working with brands that target women, so any experience working at similar shops would be golden. We are also open to other HR generalists who have been growing everything from ad agencies to tech firms and crave a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
