An eco-first, rapidly-scaling D2C haircare startup is looking for a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to optimize and execute campaign strategies across channels. With the goal of driving customer adoption, engagement, and re-engagement, you will execute end-to-end campaigns via email, SMS, paid retargeting, and push notifications. (This includes building flows and integrating digital marketing, e-commerce, and CRM software platforms.) This role is all about testing, learning, and refining all personal journeys while staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 2+ yrs in a digital marketing position with a focus on audience segmentation and email marketing. You have experience running campaigns on CRM platforms like Iterable or Clayvio and have worked in e-commerce platforms as well as Google Analytics. You think strategically about customer journeys for B2C and B2B spaces, using behavioral insights to create and establish personalized relationships with customers. You’re someone who naturally combs the competitive landscape and explores ways to apply your findings. A driven self-starter, you have strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize effectively, excellent multitasking, and a positive, can-do attitude.
