The venture-funded company will be tripling in size over the next two years and you will be a key driver of that growth by hand-selecting top plastic surgeons and nurses, while simultaneously developing the company culture. Nitty Gritty
Our client is a top plastic surgeon who owns a patent to a particular technology and technique that can drastically improve the lives of patients.
You will be the first recruiter/talent acquisition pro to join this fast growing company (they will have a similar trajectory to Soul Cycle, Dry Bar and Peleton). All of the practices are in only the best neighborhoods in the best cities and while you can source from anywhere in the country, in this role you will travel to and spending time recruiting — face-to-face — in all key markets. This process will be on-going as even after you’ve stood up an office, you’ll need to constantly be upskilling the existing practices.
You must be a master network builder. You’ll be charged with developing relationships with the key surgeons (and nurses) in each market, as well as attending the top conferences that attract the best doctors who innovate within the realm of plastic surgery.

You like to win. You have great taste. And when it comes to placing candidates your hiring managers love you because you always know who the “winner” is and they stick and make an impact.
The ideal recruiter for this role has experience on the agency side recruiting for department heads, surgeons, and nurses. You are hungry, love big lofty goals and enjoy the competitive nature of the space. At the same time, experience working within a hospital or practice and building a culture would also be great.
Inside Skinny
Corporate Headquarters are in Sunny Miami. If you’d be open to moving there, that would be great but not absolutely required. That said, you would need to currently live in a major market with excellent airline terminals so that you can take frequent trips to Miami or other key markets like LA, Dallas, Seattle, Chicago and NY.
