The Hired Guns are seeking an enthusiastic New Account Implementation Specialist to create a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new clients at a startup within a two-billion-dollar promotional products company. This startup within a powerhouse two-billion-dollar global company in the personalized products space has grown rapidly and they need support onboarding new clients. That’s where you come in: They’re looking for a dedicated individual with implementation acumen and deep experience onboarding new clients within an e-commerce environment to join their dynamic team and support a clear and healthy client onboarding experience.
In this role you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process, building rapport and fostering positive relationships
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to understand client needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly.
- Conduct initial orientation sessions with clients to introduce them to this company’s products and services, explaining features, benefits, and implementation procedures.
- Develop and deliver customized onboarding plans based on each client’s unique requirements and goals.
- Oversee the technical integration of their products or services, liaising between clients and technical teams to address any challenges or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features to provide proactive guidance and suggestions to clients.

It’s also crucial that you have seriously awesome project-management skills, as you’ll be working closely with new customers to get them up to speed and onboarded with new products and API, along with great technical acumen, since you will implement e-commerce technology solutions to turn any e-commerce platform into a personalized product merchant.
