The Hired Guns are seeking an accomplished Presentation Designer to support one of the nation’s most prestigious medical centers. This is a part-time, fully remote contract role.
Pay range: $40 to $60 per hour

Right now, they have regular conference presentations on medical breakthroughs happening all over the world, yet there hasn’t been a consistent PowerPoint template. Yes, you read that right. They need help—and that’s where you come in:
As Presentation Designer you will take content (medical, anatomical, scientific, marketing, and more) and create updated, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that meet the guidelines of the hospital. Your design and communication skills will help create uniform brand integrity for conference presentations and beyond.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate is specialized in presentation design specifically, not just general graphic design. Obviously, advanced PowerPoint skills are a must to be considered (Keynote + Google Slides are a bonus).
Now, for the fine (but very important) print. To be considered for this role you must have:
- The ability to work with senior executives, doctors, and surgeons to understand their communication needs and express their ideas faithfully
- The skills to work within brand guidelines and ensure that multiple presentations adhere to communications / graphic standards
- The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with numbers / data / data visualization
- A great design portfolio
Huge plus if you have a proven track record of designing medical presentations with anatomical imagery and / or experience designing presentations with cellular representation and complex diagrams.
