The Role You Didn’t Know You Were Waiting For
You’re a Senior or Principal Product Manager who’s shipped high-quality, enterprise-grade software with a healthy mix of user obsession, technical chops, and strategic vision. Now, imagine a company backed by real investors, deep in transforming how media agencies plan, buy, and optimize campaigns — not by tossing buzzwords at the problem, but by shipping elegant, high-quality software clients actually want and need.
You’ll be the lead on a platform that streamlines the whole media planning lifecycle. Think audience targeting, media mix modeling, and campaign optimization tools that make marketers’ lives easier. This is about end-to-end thinking: from understanding gnarly client workflows and pain points to rolling out AI-powered features that smooth those rough edges, without unnecessary tech complications. You’ve been around the block, so you know how to build digital products that actually get used, not just hyped.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
You’re leading the charge, not just a cog in the machine. One day you’re deep in the trenches — whiteboarding workflows with engineers, debating how to bake in machine learning without bamboozling users. The next, you’re pitching and demoing to senior media execs at your agency clients, connecting product features to the ROI they actually care about. Your product strategy and corresponding roadmaps aren’t just wish lists; they are tactical weapons for solving high-impact client problems in differentiated ways.
You’ll own the whole end-to-end product experience — from discovery, through testing, to launch — keeping your finger on the pulse of client feedback, inspiring engineering, and pushing features that get used, get results, and get praised.
Who This Role Is Made For
As a high-value Individual contributor, you’re the rare product leader balancing vision and delivery. You’ve honed your craft at a leading AI or SaaS company — enough scale to know what that looks like, yet nimble enough to pivot and launch fast. You can effortlessly flip between big-picture strategy and drilling down to execute. You translate complex tech into compelling business stories. You’ve led cross-disciplinary teams with confidence but are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You have a track record for designing software that helps clients work exponentially better and faster – all while striving to offer considerable competitive edge. You aren’t a yes person — you’re a trusted voice that pushes back when required. You seek ownership, impact, and to build something meaningful, without the usual startup chaos or corporate paralysis.
Why You’ll Want This Job
Because this is a chance to lead a product revolution at one of the last untamed corners of marketing tech — where AI meets media agency workflow. You’re joining a well-backed startup that’s actually delivering, with experienced founders who will roll up their sleeves with you and care about product quality too (that’s because they’re also product people). The equity is real, salary competitive, and your title means something. You’ll collaborate with some of the world’s most influential media agencies to solve their toughest, most repetitive problems with smarter software. The product-market fix question has been solved – and now it’s go-time.
If you get excited about architecting AI-powered products, care as much about the mission as the roadmap, and want to take big swings in a space that’s rewriting the rules, let’s talk!
