The Hired Guns are seeking an expert Program Manager, Wrike Implementation to come onboard and own the entire Wrike project management flow – from design to implementation – at one of the nation’s most prominent high-growth global patient recruitment companies.
The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the company and why they need to hire you!
One of the fastest growing clinical trial research companies in the country is looking for a self-directed and highly motivated Program Manager to lead them in end-to-end Wrike implementation. As Program Manager, you’ll have hands-on ownership of the management, configuration, and implementation of Wrike for this organization, including developing reports, launching projects, creating workflows, and building out automation. Note, this is a leadership role, and you will be consulting across the organization on how to set up Wrike and how to use it in day-to-day workflow. You will lead training and development efforts across departments. There’s lots of opportunity for growth as the company grows (they’ve doubled in size every year for the last four years). Do this job right, and you can say you built out a winning program management flow for a mission-driven organization that is helping save lives.
Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
In order to do this job, you need to have deep experience implementing Wrike within an organization ideally of less than 500 employees. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of extensive, hands-on experience owning Wrike for an organization (Wrike Certification is a plus). It’s great if you have experience identifying the optimal organization of Spaces and Folders in Wrike to align with team structure and projects. You work independently and can respond to rapidly shifting priorities. You are a natural-born leader with strong communication skills who can gracefully handle project complexities spanning many different stakeholders across an organization. Elite problem solving and organizational skills are a must. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so startup work experience is a plus.
The Inside Skinny
Why you should quit your job right now and join this company!
This is an opportunity to take all of your Wrike learnings and apply them to a rapidly growing company that is doing meaningful work in the clinical trial space (not to mention you will eventually lead people under you). It’s a great mission and a chance to do work within an award-winning, female-powered company ripe with a ton of growth opportunities. If this all sounds wrike in line with your skills and career trajectory, we want to hear from you today!
