As Proposal Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the Directors of Business Development to develop and execute proposals, marketing initiatives, and other collateral to help grow business. You’ll be a part of a scaling team in a highly competitive market where this company is the market leader. You’ll handle a high volume of requests for information and support RFI, RFP, and new proposal writing and development. Plus, you’ll present decks to internal stakeholders that summarize the scope of services upon award.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience working on a business development team and has a serious passion for new business (note, experience working in business development for healthcare is strongly preferred). You have experience supporting RFI, RFP, and new proposal writing and development. Plus, you understand the nature of persuasive communication (this is not about informing; this is all about persuading). Marketing and communications skills are a must. You have a curious mind and thrive under pressure. You’re detail-oriented, accountable, deadline-driven, and excel at multi-tasking. You must be able to take initiative and always be thinking a few steps ahead.
