The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the company and why they need to hire you!
An Ad Tech company that works on the publisher side of the space needs an experienced individual (ahem, you) with a track record of client and customer success to respond to publishers via email, phone, and messenger services. You will monitor site performance, offer optimization ideas with the help of the engineering team, and suggest optimization tactics to their publishers. You will become comfortable suggesting new products and services.
They are media experts, so there is a lot of room for your own career growth and mentorship.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate must be working in Ad Tech with publishers as your main client with 2+ years of client services experience. You have a solid understanding of the needs of digital publishers, and you’re able to speak confidently about ad technology. You have deep knowledge of current and emerging advertising products and services (header bidding, video, ad serving, etc.) and a keen understanding of monetization strategy. You’re accustomed to working alongside yield analysts, project managers, engineers, and business development resources to help solve issues and optimize publishers’ destinations. You are comfortable with Google Ad Manager, and you are fluent in ad tech and digital publisher terms and best practices (SEO, CMS, social media). Bonus points for previous experience with ad code.
