This fast-growing, woman-owned, data-driven company pairs patients with research studies, enabling life-saving drugs and procedures to come to market faster. Every year for the past four years, the company has doubled in size, and it’s poised for even more growth in 2022. To keep up with this rapid expansion, they’re looking for an independent and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join their budding technology team and ensure that their products meet the expectations and requirements of the client and users. You will work alongside the tech ops and engineering teams to QA production and test builds for products that truly make a difference. You’ll be tasked with performing UAT on web portals, apps, dashboards, microsites, and other digital products. You’ll leverage BrowserStack and Selenium to conduct thorough tests (manual and automated) and interact with GitHub and Selenium CI/CD pipeline. As the second QA Automation hire, you’ll get to help form the discipline within this company and have a lot of impact. Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience working as a QA Automation Engineer. If you do functional testing, you are NOT a good fit for this role. QA Automation only, please! You have experience working with Selenium, writing your own test cases, and coding them in Python. You feel comfortable and have experience doing QA for a platform that has 100,000+ users. You love finding edge-case complexity, i.e. figuring out how and where things break. You’re independent by nature. You don’t want (or need) hand-holding, and you feel comfortable picking up an odd task and running with it. You’re 100% comfortable with both writing test cases and coding them (using Selenium). Big plus if you have experience in the healthcare industry. Last but not least, you have a genuinely good attitude, and you’re excited to work at a mission-driven company.
