Hired Guns Profile
This gig is perfect for a recruiter or staffing account exec with at least three years experience at an agency, preferably covering emerging-technology disciplines, such as product management, UX, design or the creative side of digital marketing and tech.
The ideal candidate is someone who is as comfortable going to a Design MeetUp as a trip to SourceCon, and can play LinkedIn and an ATS (Bullhorn, Compas) like a fiddle. This is an especially good role for someone who feels siloed by human resources departments and would love a direct line to the hiring managers.
