This nimble and innovative digital agency is looking for an engaging, results-oriented, savvy full-life-cycle recruiter to join their HR team. This role will focus on finding and hiring new talent as well as working with people management and mentoring junior staffers. In this role, you will source new hires ranging from promising neophytes to experienced media professionals, powering the company’s growth while building out the recruiting function of the agency and managing relationships with job candidates. You will own the candidate journey from initial interview through hire, maintain the candidate tracker, and accurately update ATS and recruitment reports, all while improving existing processes.
